Description
An experience where users make payments towards their credit card balance
Context
Users were making errors with their payments. This lead to CS complaints and reduced trust in our brand. I designed a clear experience that encouraged users to pay off larger chunks of their balances and helped them understand the positive impact of doing so.
Goal
Give transparent payment options that educate and empower users to make informed decisions
I used color, scale and iconography to educate and reinforce positive behaviors. Transparency builds trust, so it was important for me to show interest being charged so users understood the difference in payments.
Users confirm their actions to avoid paying incorrect amounts or making payments from incorrect fund sources.
